PURCHASING AND TICKET DELIVERY POLICY: There are 2 choices for purchasing tickets for Raisin Hell Ranch, you can purchase at the gate during operating hours, or you can buy your ticket online. You will be sent an email confirmation with your ticket information if you choose to purchase online once your transaction is completed. If you purchase online, you still need to check in at the ticket booth through the pre-paid area to receive your tickets for the attractions. You must be in line for the ticket booth by 10pm to guarantee you get into Raisin Hell Ranch.
REFUND OR RETURN POLICY: We do not refund ticket purchases. Please make sure you are able to attend before you purchase.
