FAQ

Tickets & Admission
Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: The best and easiest way to get your tickets is to purchase them online through our official website. Buying online in advance is the only way to guarantee entry on the night you want to attend. A limited number of tickets may be available at the gate, but prices may be higher and we can sell out.

Q: Do I need to print my tickets?
A: Save a tree for a ghoul to hide behind! You do not need to print your tickets. We can scan the ticket's QR code directly from your smartphone at the entrance.

Q: I'm having trouble with my online tickets or didn't receive them. What should I do?
A: Not to worry. If you're experiencing any ticketing issues, please email our support team at info@raisinhellranch.com. Be sure to include the name and email address used for the purchase. This is the fastest way to resolve any problems.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please ensure you have selected the correct date and time before completing your purchase.

Q: What if I can't make it on my scheduled date? Can I change my tickets?
A: Unfortunately, tickets are only valid for the date they were purchased for. Due to our no-refund policy, we are unable to swap ticket dates.

Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: Yes! If you’re brave enough to bring a large group, we may have special pricing available. Please email us at info@raisinhellranch.com with your group size and desired date to inquire about group rates.
