**All Sales Are Final**

Please be aware that **all ticket sales are final.** When you purchase a ticket, you are reserving a spot for a live entertainment event. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason.

Your ticket is a revocable license, and its purchase confirms your acceptance of these terms.

**Ticket Redemption**

* Tickets are valid only for the season in which they were purchased.
* Tickets must be redeemed according to the date, time, and any other terms specified on the ticket and/or during the online purchase process.
* Unused tickets hold no monetary value and cannot be refunded or applied to a future season.

**Inclement Weather Policy**

The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. Raisin Hell Ranch is an outdoor attraction and may be forced to close due to severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, high winds, or lightning.

* The decision to close the event rests solely with Raisin Hell Ranch management. Official closure announcements will be posted on our website and social media channels.
* **If Raisin Hell Ranch officially closes due to weather, tickets purchased for the specific date and time of the closure will be honored on any other regular operating day within the same season.**
* You do not need to rebook. Simply present your original, unused ticket at the gate on the new day you choose to attend.
* Please note that a weather-related closure does **not** make tickets eligible for a refund. We offer a "rain check" for a different date within the current season, not a refund.
